You’re on your way to becoming a CRROBS Group Coordinator! We have compiled some useful information to help you get started.

1. 5 people minimum in your group, with 8 people you come free!

2. Complete and submit our online Course Builder, and the Custom Course Manager will contact you shortly with an outline based on your selections.

3. Review the course outline and coordinate with your Custom Course Manager to create a day-to-day itinerary.

4. Begin promoting your Custom Course and gathering participants for your group! CRROBS will provide promotional material and additional information, including a personalized webpage.

5. Make travel arrangements. Upon confirmation of your course dates, look for group airfares and provide your group with specific flight information to book tickets to San Jose International Airport. Discounted student travel is available through the following agencies:

   You are welcome to utilize another method of ticket purchase (i.e. personal travel agent, frequent flyer mileage etc.).
   -REMEMBER: Book your flight to arrive the day before the course start date and to depart the day the course ends.

6. Collect forms and payments from your participants and submit them to your Custom Course Manager by the appropriate deadline. As Group Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to submit the information to CRROBS in a timely manner.

7. Tuition includes accommodation, (including the night prior to course start), meals, group equipment, ground transportation, and instruction. Tuition does not include personal clothing, incidentals, airfare to/from Costa Rica, nor meal or lodging upgrades.
