Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition
• Must be able to swim
• Must have an interest in surfing or learning how to surf

Process:

1. Submit application to your local counsil
2. Download and save one of the documents listed below *1st - PDF format, 2nd - MS Word format*
   GS CW Welcome Packet 2007.pdf (includes packing list) or GS CW Welcome Packet 2007.doc
3. Fill out the forms and copy them for your own records.
4. Fax (1-800-676-0486) us a copy of the completed forms 30 days before your course start date.
5. Bring the original medical forms with you to Costa Rica.
6. Payment ($1,050) should be in the mail to us 30 days before your course start date.
