Surf Intensive – 30 days

Enter the tube, mind, body and soul. We have surfed the warm waters barrels from Nicaragua to Panama to find a diverse array of remote beaches and have found the best breaks for improvement on any level. With our top-notch instruction and utilizing video and multi-media we’ll break down every aspect of your technique and improve it step by step. This is a full month of surfing in an environment with no maid service, no bar, and no reason NOT to push yourself to become a superior surfer. As an added bonus, you will get the chance to rush down a zipline one hundred feet up in the towering rainforest canopy and whitewater raft down the world-famous Pacuare River. These activities will just add to what is our most adrenaline-packed 30 days.

When the swell is hitting and the tide is right you will be in the ocean studying rips, reading waves, and catching tubes. When the ocean is calm and the tide is out you will be exploring your natural environment: engaging in group building activities such as mangrove explorations, day hikes, camping, and preparing meals. You will become a functioning member of a self-sufficient group; camping in remote areas, preparing group meals, and learning a variety of new skills to enhance your surfing experience. Land activities such as capoeira, yoga, hikes, and other exercises are designed to give you a greater appreciation for your surfing environment and prepare your mind and body to become a better, more aware surfer.
