Hike through lowland Caribbean rainforest of Costa Rica and see giant tree ferns, elephant plants, monkeys, cuatimundis, jungle cats, and exotic birds. Interact with the people of the Cabécar indigenous tribe as they guide you through the forest and point out to you the wonders of this wild area and the medicinal plants they use. It will be five days of intense hiking in one of the most biologically-diverse and beautiful areas on the planet. Then you will raft down the Pacuare river—consistently rated in the top ten whitewater rivers in the world—as it cuts right through a mid-elevation rainforest. On the trip you will see multitudes of exotic birds, including toucans and the crested oropendola.

Experience more nature in a fifteen day trip than you ever thought possible!

Next, travel to the island chain Bocas del Toro, Panama—the most geologically diverse region in Central America—to explore the caves and coral reefs throughout the archipelago. You will live on Solarte Island and interact with the indigenous Guami tribe as you snorkel around the surrounding reefs and are astounded by the beauty and overabundance of tropical fish and coral. Prepare to be amazed at the amount of biodiversity you will experience in these fifteen days of adventure!
